Mia served as the FOH Operations Manager at Lakehouse Home Store, where she became the heartbeat of the business, infusing every event, class, and customer experience with unmatched dedication and care. Her colleagues at Lakehouse lovingly described her as “a bright light who brought life to our cooking school,” and someone who “genuinely took care of everyone, down to every last detail.”

She is survived by her loving mother Lenora (“Mamma Mia”), her stepfather Brad, her brother and best friend Yanni, her sister Geneva, and her adored nephew Jack. The Lakehouse team reflected what many feel: “Mia was as much family to the community as she was to us… life will not be the same without her.”
